K.S.T. College recognizes that academic learning must be complemented with practical skills to prepare students for future careers. The Skill Development Program is designed to enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and overall personality development of students.
Objectives
- To bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
- To provide training in job-oriented and vocational skills.
- To encourage innovation, creativity, and self-reliance among students.
Key Areas of Training
- ICT & Digital Literacy – Computer applications, online tools, data handling, and basic programming.
- Career-Oriented Skills – Workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and competitive exam training.
- Entrepreneurship Development – Sessions on business planning, start-up awareness, and financial literacy.
- Domain-Specific Skills – Short-term certificate courses and practical training relevant to Arts, Science, and Commerce streams.
